Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the OLLI at FIU cancellation policy:
We greatly value your participation in our programs at OLLI at FIU. As a small non-profit organization, we rely on your support to continue offering enriching educational experiences to our community.
We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our participants to the best of our ability. However, once a program has commenced, we regretfully cannot issue any credits or refunds.
This policy is necessary for the sustainability of our organization, allowing us to continue providing quality educational opportunities.
Pre-Program Cancellations:
Cancellation before the Program Start Date:
If you need to cancel your registration before the program officially begins, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, we will be happy to process a full refund or credit towards future programs.
Program Commencement:
No Refunds after Program Commencement:
Once the program has commenced, we are unable to issue any credits or refunds, regardless of the circumstances.
Program Cancellation from our (OLLI) side:
In the event that we here at OLLI at FIU need to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, we will, of course, issue either a reimbursement or a credit promptly.
